YuMmMMmM!! Thank you Chris for the yummy Kalbi beef and roasted seaweed. I know this is not how you eat it, but I did anyways lol. I did wrap the seaweed around the sticky rice and ate it by itself first, but it smelled too fishy for me.
White Sticky Rice
Kalbi Beef
Crunchy yummy seaweed
Grab a small ball of sticky rice
Put in the middle of the seaweed and top it off with the Kalbi beef
Wrap it up and *CRUNCH - yummy!
Since the Kalbi beef was sweet & savory I decided to add spice. Roasted roma tomatoes mashed with pounded thai peppers, green onions and cilantro.
