Crab Rangoon

Q: What is it?
A: Crab rangoon are deep-fried dumplings served in American Chinese, and more recently, Thai restaurants, stuffed with a combination of cream cheese, lightly flaked crab meat (more commonly, canned crab meat or imitation crab meat), with scallions and/or garlic. These fillings are then wrapped in Chinese wonton wrappers in a triangular or flower shape, then deep fried in vegetable oil.

Ingredients: Cream cheese, Worchestershire sauce, imitation crab and scallions

Stir it all together to create:

Wonton wrapper

Use a tiny spoonful of the filling and place it in the center

Fold to make a triangle. You can seal the edges with either milk, egg or water. We used water.

Fry them suckers... no need to deep fry.

mMmM....

Penny enjoyed it alot!
